نرحّب بك في تطبيق «إسلامنا» (Islamina). نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحمايتها. توضّح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي قد نجمعها عند استخدامك للتطبيق وموقع islamina.com، وكيف نستخدمها.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

الموقع الجغرافي: عند منحك الإذن، يستخدم التطبيق موقعك لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة. يتم ذلك لتقديم الخدمة فقط.
الإشعارات: عند موافقتك نرسل تنبيهات مواقيت الصلاة والأذكار. يمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.
الإذاعة المباشرة: عند الاستماع للإذاعة عبر الموقع نستقبل عنوان الـIP الخاص بجهازك لتقدير الدولة وعدد المستمعين الحاليين. نحتفظ بإحصاءات مجمّعة فقط (عدد الاستماعات لكل دولة وعدد المستمعين بمرور الوقت)، ولا نربطها باسمك أو بحسابك.
التواصل معنا: إذا راسلتنا عبر نموذج التواصل أو البريد الإلكتروني، نحتفظ بالاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومحتوى الرسالة للرد عليك فقط.
بيانات الاستخدام التقنية: قد تُسجَّل بيانات تقنية أساسية (مثل نوع الجهاز ونسخة النظام) لضمان عمل الخدمة وإصلاح الأخطاء.

2. ما لا نفعله

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها لأي طرف.
لا نطلب منك إنشاء حساب لاستخدام ميزات التطبيق الأساسية.
لا نستخدم موقعك لأي غرض آخر غير حساب المواقيت والقبلة.

3. كيف نستخدم المعلومات

تقديم مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة والتنبيهات بدقة.
تشغيل الإذاعة وتحسين جودتها وفهم أماكن مستمعيها بشكل عام.
الرد على استفساراتك ورسائل الدعم.
تحسين التطبيق وإصلاح الأخطاء.

4. مشاركة المعلومات

لا نشارك معلوماتك الشخصية مع أطراف ثالثة، إلا في الحالات الآتية: مزوّدو الخدمات التقنية الذين يساعدوننا في تشغيل الموقع والبريد الإلكتروني (ويلتزمون بحماية البيانات)، أو إذا طُلب منا ذلك بموجب القانون.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وأمانها

نحتفظ بالبيانات مدة الحاجة إليها فقط، ونتخذ إجراءات تقنية معقولة لحمايتها. مع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بنسبة 100%.

6. حقوقك

يمكنك في أي وقت: إيقاف إذن الموقع أو الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك، أو طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو حذفها عبر مراسلتنا على Support@islamina.com.

7. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار، ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً. إذا علمتَ أن طفلاً زوّدنا بمعلومات شخصية فتواصل معنا لنحذفها.

8. الروابط الخارجية

قد يحتوي التطبيق أو الموقع على روابط لمواقع أخرى. لسنا مسؤولين عن سياسات الخصوصية أو محتوى تلك المواقع.

9. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث».

Privacy Policy

Welcome to Islamina. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what information we may collect when you use the Islamina mobile app and the islamina.com website, and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

Location: With your permission, the app uses your location to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction. It is used only to provide these features.
Notifications: With your consent, we send prayer time and Adhkar reminders. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
Live radio: When you listen to the radio on our website, we receive your device's IP address to estimate your country and the current number of listeners. We keep aggregated statistics only (listens per country and listener counts over time) and do not link them to your name or account.
Contacting us: If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we keep your name, email address and message only to reply to you.
Technical usage data: Basic technical data (such as device type and OS version) may be recorded to keep the service running and to fix errors.

2. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
We do not require you to create an account to use the core features of the app.
We do not use your location for any purpose other than calculating prayer times and Qibla.

3. How We Use Information

To provide accurate prayer times, Qibla direction and reminders.
To run the radio, improve its quality and understand in general where listeners are located.
To answer your enquiries and support messages.
To improve the app and fix bugs.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except: technical service providers that help us operate the website and email (who are bound to protect data), or where required by law.

5. Data Retention and Security

We keep data only as long as needed and take reasonable technical measures to protect it. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

At any time you can: turn off location or notification permission in your device settings, or ask to access or delete your data by emailing Support@islamina.com.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. External Links

The app or website may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
